About Bilink International

ENGINEERING PRECISION.BUILDING GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS.

A manufacturer and exporter of ophthalmic, microsurgical and general surgical instruments, working from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Who we are

We make instruments that other people's work depends on.

Bilink International manufactures and exports ophthalmic microsurgical products, surgical instruments, surgical needles and precision medical instruments. Our customers are distributors, hospital suppliers and companies who put their own name on what we build.

That second group is why we work the way we do. When a partner's label goes on an instrument, our process becomes part of their reputation, and the only acceptable version of consistency is the kind that survives a repeat order eighteen months later.

Our approach

Three things we refuse to rush

Where an instrument is usually lost.

Tip and jaw alignment

A forceps whose jaws meet at an angle will push tissue away instead of holding it. Alignment is set under magnification and rechecked after finishing, because finishing can move it.

Checked twice, not once

Edge geometry

A cutting edge that performs at the tip but not along its length passes a quick test and fails in use. Blades are matched as pairs and stay together through the process.

Matched pairs stay matched

Surface finish

Finish is not cosmetic. It determines how an instrument handles when wet and how it behaves through repeated reprocessing on the customer's side.

Manufacturing

Built stage by stage

Material selection, precision processing, finishing, inspection and packaging run as five defined stages with their own acceptance points.

Quality documentation set

Quality

Recorded, not remembered

Inspection results and production references are documented so a question about a shipment can be answered from records rather than recollection.

Certification documents are provided on request. Client verification required before any certification claim is published.

Quality approach

Global business

Export supply, built around the partner

Different markets need different things from a manufacturer: documentation, packaging formats, labelling, lead times that fit a tender cycle. We would rather set those expectations precisely at the start than discover them at the first shipment.
