OEM & private label
YOUR REQUIREMENTS.OUR MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE.
Manufacturing to your drawing, your sample and your label — with an approved reference sample holding the standard between lots.
OEM manufacturing
Most programmes start with a sample and a problem with it.
A partner brings an instrument they already sell, plus the thing about it they want changed: a tip that is too aggressive, a handle that is uncomfortable through a long list, a length that does not suit their market. That conversation is more useful than a specification sheet.
From there the work is ordinary and methodical — geometry, material, finish, a sample, your approval, and then production measured against what you approved.
How a programme runs
Requirement to delivery
Six stages. Approval is the one that decides everything after it.
Requirement
Drawing, sample or written specification, with intended volumes and the market it is going to.
Send whatever you have — a physical sample is often enough.
Discussion
We work through what is fixed and what is open: material, dimensions, finish, marking, packaging.
Where unstated assumptions get caught.
Development
Geometry and tooling prepared, then a sample produced to the agreed specification.
Usually more than one iteration.
Approval
You assess the sample and approve it, or tell us what to change. The approved unit is retained as the reference for the programme.
The reference every later lot is checked against.
Production
Manufactured to the approved reference, inspected at each stage, marked and packed to your format.
Consistency is the deliverable here.
Delivery
Packed for the transit involved and shipped with the agreed documentation set.
Formats agreed before the first shipment.
- Private label
- Instruments marked under your brand, with marking position and method agreed during development so it survives reprocessing.
- Custom requirements
- Changes to an existing pattern — length, curvature, tip geometry, handle profile — or a new instrument developed from your drawing.
- Packaging
- Individual pouches, printed cartons, configured trays or bulk packing for partner assembly.
- Technical collaboration
- Working alongside your technical team on geometry and manufacturability before tooling is committed.
